Driver crashes through Mission Hills wall and leaves behind a chihuahua

Around 12:40 a.m. Monday, the driver of a pick-up truck crashed through a wall in Mission Hills and ran off, leaving a chihuahua behind. The dog was taken to an animal shelter and is said to be ok.
