CHP hosts free car seat inspection, giveaway over weekend in West Covina
Los Angeles residents were treated to a free car seat inspection from California Highway Patrol officers over the weekend in West Covina, where they determined if the seat was up to code, had any recalls or needed replacement. For those who didn't pass inspection, they were given up to the standard car seats free of charge.
