Brunt of storm expected to hit OC-area later Sunday
In San Clemente, the rain has picked up but was still fairly light. The brunt of the storm is expected to come in later Sunday, which is why residents are being told to not be fooled by the lighter rain conditions. Michael Spencer reports.
