Bodycam video: Police officer rescues dog from fire
Bodycam footage shows an officer in Arvin, California saving a dog from a burning fire at a family's home. The dog was chained to a fence while the fire burned just feet away. The officer was able to find a pair of dull pruning sheers next door to cut the dog free.
