Arcadia hosts Lunar New Year Festival and wildfire victim fundraiser
For the second year in a row Arcadia hosted a Lunar New Year Festival, which drew hundreds on Sunday. At the same time, they used the event to raise money for victims of the Los Angeles wildfires in January.
