405 Freeway experiences hours-long traffic snarl due to man lying on bridge over freeway

Both northbound and southbound lanes of the 405 Freeway were jammed with bumper-to-bumper traffic Thursday evening due to an emergency situation, when a man was found lying underneath a blanket on a bridge over the 405 Freeway in Inglewood.
