10 fraternities sever ties with USC after crackdown on parties

A number of fraternities associated with the University of Southern California have opted to sever ties due to a strict set of rules imposed by the university in the wake of a series of sexual assault accusations made last year that stem from fraternity parties. Nicole Comstock reports.
