It wasn't immediately clear what caused the crash, though three people were injured when a Foothill Transit Bus collided with several other vehicles at the intersection of Ramona Boulevard and Downing Avenue.
Los Angeles Police Department officers were on their way to a report of a man armed with a gun when they collided with a vehicle in Downtown Los Angeles on Sunday. Three people were taken to the hospital, two of which were the LAPD officers. None of the injuries were said to be life-threatening.
The suspect vehicle escaped.
