Dr. Gregory Jantz visited the KCAL 9 set Friday to tell us why it's okay to have a temper tantrum and to discuss tips for expressing your anger.
Researchers at Carnegie Mellon University found anger can prompt your brain to release less cortisol, the stress hormone that has been linked to obesity, bone loss and heart disease.
According to Jantz, expressing your anger can be a healthy excercise for your mental state and body.
