Tesla For Kids? Luxury Electric Car Maker Rolls Out Model For Ages 8 & Younger
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Parents now pre-order a model of Tesla that recreates the experience, but is designed just for kids.
Tesla Motors, Inc. and Radio Flyer have teamed up to create the Model S for drivers well under 16.
The car, according to Tesla, has a spacious interior, working headlights, a front truck, and even a sound system.
It is designed for ages 3-8.
But this one can't go more than 6 miles per hour.
The car starts at $500 and will hit sidewalks in May.
