Stanley Cup Champion Coming Back To Ducks?
The Anaheim Ducks have signed Joe DiPenta to an American Hockey League contract.
DiPenta will be at training camp as a pro tryout, but is not on the Ducks roster. DiPenta will play with the Syracuse Crunch this season (Ducks AHL Team).
The 31-year-old defenseman had a previous stint with the Ducks from 2005-08, a span that that him accumulate 171 games played with the club. He was also a member of the Stanley Cup championship team in 2007.
