1 Dead In Small Boat Crash Near LA Harbor Lighthouse
SAN PEDRO (CBSLA.com) — A man was pronounced dead Tuesday following a boat crash near a lighthouse in the Los Angeles Harbor, authorities said.
A male victim was initially reported unconscious in the crash, which was about 200 yards from the Los Angeles Light, according to a U.S. Coast Guard spokesman.
Firefighters with L.A. City Fire performed CPR and transported the unidentified man a local hospital in grave condition, where he was later pronounced dead, authorities said.
No other details were available.
