Sheen, Muller Headed To Court Over Custody Issues
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Charlie Sheen and estranged wife Brooke Mueller are heading to court Tuesday over the custody dispute involving the couple's twin boys.
TMZ.com is reporting that the actor's lawyer will ask a judge Tuesday to undo a restraining order that prohibits Sheen from seeing his children.
The celebrity gossip website is also reporting that custody negotiations have stalled. Sheen is also protesting a mandate that requires a monitor be present in his home when the twins are there.
