Reward Offered For Information About Coachella Mosque Gunfire

COACHELLA (AP) — Authorities say a reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of a suspect involved in a possible hate crime at a Southern California mosque.

Riverside County Sheriff's Deputy Armando Munoz said Friday that the Islamic Society of the Coachella Valley and Crime Stoppers are offering up to $12,000 for information leading to an arrest.

Munoz says no arrests have been made in the investigation of gunshots fired at the mosque a month ago.

The building in the city about 25 miles east of Palm Springs was occupied when shots rang out before dawn, but no one was injured.
