Raiders Sign TJ Houshmandzadeh
(CBS) -- The Oakland Raiders have signed former Santa Monica City College and Cincinnati Bengal star TJ Houshmandzadeh to a contract on Tuesday.
The team worked out the 10-year veteran, who knows Hue Jackson's offense and played with Carson Palmer with the Bengals.
