Police In Long Beach Wound Suspect In Officer-Involved Confrontation
LONG BEACH (CBS) — Police in Long Beach Friday confirmed they shot and wounded a suspect during a confrontation Friday evening.
The OIS occurred just after 8:20 p.m.
The incident happened at Long Beach Boulevard and Tenth Street, according to Rico Fernandez of the Long Beach Police Department.
"There was an officer-involved shooting and one suspect was hit," Fernandez said.
