Police Ask For Public's Help With Missing Los Angeles Woman

LOS ANGELES (CBS) –  Authorities asked for the public's help today in the search for a missing 19-year-old woman.

According to to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Denisse Abigail Iniguez, who lives on Raymond Avenue in Los Angeles, was last heard from in a telephone conversation with her mother around 11 p.m. on Wednesday.

Iniguez has brown hair and brown eyes and is 5 feet 3, weighing 150 pounds.  She was last seen wearing jeans and a blue shirt and carrying a gray purse, a department Missing Person bulletin said, adding that she suffers from "a mild intellectual disability."

Sheriff's officials urged anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to contact the  Homicide Bureau's Missing Person's Detail at (323) 890-5500.
