Police Arrest Riverside Man Suspected In Several Hotel Burglaries
PALM SPRINGS (CBS) — Police say they have arrested a 21-year-old man suspected in a series of hotel room burglaries over the past two months.
Christopher Delon Thompson of Riverside was arrested Friday in the 1600 block of East Palm Canyon Drive following a brief foot chase and car pursuit, according to police.
Police say they had been watching Thompson and saw him enter a hotel room through a sliding glass door.
He has since been booked at a jail in Banning on suspicion of burglary and the fraudulent use of credit cards.
