Pedestrian Killed In Crash Near Metro Headquarters

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A pedestrian was fatally struck by a car Friday near the Metro headquarters.

The crash was reported at about 5:55 a.m. by California Highway Patrol officers at Cesar Chavez Avenue and Vignes Street, which remained closed for the traffic investigation.

Police say the crash is not a hit-and-run, and no arrests have been made at this time.
