Man dead after shooting in North Hollywood
A 26-year-old man is dead after being shot in North Hollywood on Monday morning.
The Los Angeles Police Department said the shooting took place around 5:20 a.m. near the busy intersection of Lankershim and Victory Boulevard.
The LAPD said two suspects fled the scene in a white car heading south on Lankershim Boulevard. The man was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.
The cause of the shooting remains unknown.
