Mix-Up May Put Valley Cosmetic Surgeon Back To Work
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Weeks after a judge suspended his license over allegations of potential abuses, local cosmetic surgeon Dr. Ehab Mohamed could soon be back in his surgical gown.
And as KNX1070's investigative reporter Charles Feldman reports, the state medical board may be to blame.

A judge accuses the medical board of filing an important document in the case of Dr. Ehab Mohamed three days too late — which meant an earlier order suspending his license to practice medicine was dissolved.
An emergency hearing did produce a new suspension order, but only until a hearing later this month.
