Manhattan Beach Man, 76, Accused Of Molesting 3 Girls
MANHATTAN BEACH (CBS) — A 76-year-old Manhattan Beach man has been arrested for allegedly molesting three girls.
Ronald Balmayne was arrested at his home July 26, said Stephanie Martin of the Manhattan Beach Police Department.
Police believe there are potentially more victims.
The district attorney's office has filed two counts of lewd acts upon a child and one count of sexual exploitation of a child against Balmayne, Martin said.
"Manhattan Beach detectives recently investigated Balmayne for sexual molestation of female children from 1981-2002," Martin said in a statement.
"At this time, three victims have been identified."
Police urged anyone who believes their child has had contact with Balmayne to contact Manhattan Beach Police Detective John Loy at (310) 802-5121.
