Shooting suspect pulls over after high-speed pursuit with police
The Los Angeles Police Department and the California Highway Patrol are in pursuit of a shooting suspect.
The driver pulled over on the CA-14 Freeway after reaching speeds of about 100 mph. Multiple people placed their hands in the air and out of the various windows in the car.
