Lifestyle Changes Can Lower Triglycerides

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Triglycerides are a type of blood fat that can lead to heart disease.  Cardiologists are seeing higher levels, even in younger patients these days.  But simple lifestyle changes can help get those numbers down.
