Learn To De-Stress, Meditate In 2 Minutes

STUDIO CITY (CBS) — Between work, kids and relationships, many women aren't getting enough "me" time.

Sheevaun Moran, who visited KCAL 9 Tuesday, has short meditations that can teach woman how to get in tune with themselves.

Moran has a new book called "Learn to Meditate in 2 Minutes" for those who are looking to curb anger, stress and frustration quickly.
