LAPD Officers Swarm Downtown Building Where Suspected Illegal Dispensary Operated
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) — A number of officers swarmed a building in downtown Los Angeles Wednesday night.
The building, in the 1300 block of South Flower Street near Pico Boulevard, was cordoned off by police as they investigated a suspected illegal dispensary operating out of the lower level.
At least one person was detained by police while a number of others were escorted out of the building.
