Officers tackle suspect after brief pursuit in Downtown LA
Police tackled an assault with a deadly weapon suspect after a brief pursuit that weaved through traffic in Downtown Los Angeles.
The Los Angeles Police Department trailed the suspect's Ford F-150 pickup through the skyscraper-lined streets. Officers tried to pit the driver multiple times but to no avail.
Eventually, the suspect ditched the truck on the sidewalk and tried to run into a nearby business. Luckily, officers ran over and tackled him before he could.
