Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (March 29)

STUDIO CITY (CBS) — A cold front moved through Wednesday, but now high pressure is building in behind it.

There is a shallow marine layer this morning. We'll see some hazy skies in the morning and fair skies for the rest of the day.

Look for warmer weather for the rest of the work week. Temperatures today will top out in the 70s (yesterday we were in the mid to upper 60s).

Friday, look for a little more warming as the high pressure nudges a little more to the east.

On Saturday, there is another trough moving through the West Coast. Most of the action for this system will be well to the north of the Los Angeles area.

However, there is a slight chance for a shower late in the day. Temperatures will cool down on Saturday, topping out in the mid 60s.

Sunday, we recover a little bit with highs in the upper 60s, but another ridge of high pressure builds back in for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Beaches -mid 60s
Basin - low 70s
Valleys - mid 70s
Deserts -mid 70s
Mountains -upper 50s
