Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (February 28)

STUDIO CITY (CBS) — A very cold start to your day with a dry air mass in place over Southern California. There is a frost advisory this morning for most valley areas. We are looking at daytime highs slightly warmer than yesterday, however we are still hovering 6 to 8 degrees below average for this time of year. Look for more of the same tomorrow. A weak front pushes through the area on Wednesday and gives us a slight chance at light showers. Next weekend looks great with high pressure building and temperatures actually jumping above average into the mid-70s.

Monday
Coastal - low 60s
Basin - mid 60s
Valleys - mid 60s
Deserts - upper 50s
Mountains - low 40s
