Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (February 1)

STUDIO CITY (CBS) — We are waking up to low clouds again Wednesday morning. The on-shore flow is still dominating with a coastal eddy kicking up the gray skies.

Look for temperatures to once again be on the cool side with highs topping out in the mid-60s.

However, by tonight, high pressure will build in behind this trough and we will start to experience an off-shore flow once again.

As the high builds in, watch out for some northerly winds. We may see advisories pop up later tonight and into Thursday morning.

The I-5 corridor would be prone to these winds, so that's an area we'll be watching.

For the rest of the week, it's an off-shore flow with high pressure and that means warm weather.

We'll be back up to 7 to 10 degrees above average for this time of year.

Another trough and low-pressure system moves in on Monday to cool us off. However, it should be dry, which means 6 to 7 days into our wettest month of the year, we are completely dry.

Beaches - low 60s
Basin - mid 60s
Valleys - upper 60s
Deserts - mid 60s
Mountains - upper 40s
