International Salsa Congress Kicks Off May 27 In Downtown LA
STUDIO CITY (CBS) — Salsa dancers Mike and Christina visited KCAL9 Monday to discuss the upcoming International Salsa Congress.
The 14th Annual International Salsa Congress will take place May 24 through May 27 at The Westin Bonaventure.
This year will be the first time three generations of Grammy Award-winning tropical music icons such as El Gran Combo (Puerto Rico), Oscar D' Leon (Venezuela) and Luis Enrique (Nicaragua) will be performing at the same event.
Now in its 14th year, the event has been taking place longer than any other music event in Los Angeles.
