Huge Plume Of Smoke Visible In Long Beach, South Bay Caused By Refinery Burn-Off
LONG BEACH (CBSLA.com) — A huge plume of smoke caused concern among residents Thursday in the Long Beach and South Bay area.
CBS2/KCAL9 captured it on video earlier in the evening.
Authorities say a refinery in Wilmington was doing a burn-off and that was the cause of all that smoke.
