Hacker Used Incarcerated Man's Facebook To Make Threat Against Antelope Valley College
LANCASTER (CBSLA.com) — Someone used an incarcerated man's online profile to make a threat about shooting people at Antelope Valley College in Lancaster on Monday.
Authorities Tuesday said the unidentified hacker used the school's Wi-Fi system to post on 24-year-old John Takashima's Facebook page.
Takashima was described to be a homeless man who was found in custody, according to the sheriff's Lancaster Station.
"He hasn't had access to any kind of device since September 4," a sheriff's lieutenant said.
Anyone with information about the crime was asked to contact detectives at (661) 948-8466.
