Guide To Kid-Friendly Restaurants in Glendora
The city of Glendora lies at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains. It's charming, quiet, and has a small town feel, but that doesn't mean there aren't delightful restaurants to enjoy with the entire family. Here is a selection of kid-friendly spots to try.
Frisella's
179 N Glendora Ave.
Glendora, CA 91741
(626) 852-1810
More Info
Most of the staff at this family restaurant have kids of their own, which is probably why they're so good with them. The kids' menu features hot dogs, sandwichs, bbq chicken and pasta with butter -- a kid favorite. On weekends the restaurant co-hosts themed birthday parties with Blue Chair Children's Books next door. Blue Chair does the games and Frisella's does the food. It's a fantastic choice for parents with kids under 5 because they can grab a bite in the restaurant while the kids enjoy the party next door.

My family and I had lunch with my in-laws at this cute little restaurant in The Village. My in-laws had the homemade pastrami, one of Kara's most popular items, and I had a tuna melt on wheat with sweet potato fries that was excellent. Kids can choose from a menu that includes hamburgers, hot dogs, pb and j and half of the adult deluxe sandwich menu, served with homemade potato chips and a drink. They also get crayons and coloring books to keep them busy.
Hana Haru Japanese Restaurant

My aunts took me to this restaurant and I was skeptical. They don't even eat sushi and I wasn't sure if they had tried many of the dishes on the menu. I didn't need to worry. It was really good. I had the sushi and loved it and my kids tried a variety of meat, rolls, and rice, and they loved all of it, which never happens. I've been dying to go back ever since.
