George Clooney Says He Contemplated Suicide After Suffering Spinal Injury
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Hollywood heartthrob George Clooney is revealing that he once contemplated suicide.
Clooney tells Rolling Stone magazine that he considered killing himself after he suffered a spinal injury while filming Syriana in 2005.
The actor-director says he was in so much pain he didn't think he could go on.
Clooney, who told the magazine he went as far as working out a way to kill himself, says surgery has helped, but he still suffers from painful headaches.
