City councilman Mark Breceda, former councilwoman Rosemary Ramirez, retired city manager Steve Blancarte, and finance director Abe De Dios postponed their arraignment on charges of ripping off the taxpayers by charging them for Broadway shows, baseball games dinner at Sardi's and other events.

The district attorney says entertainment costs alone were $22,000, while the total cost of the trips was an estimated $206,000.

None of the defendants would comment when confronted by KNX 1070 reporter John Brooks.

The arraignment was postponed until January 20th, when it's expected the defendants will enter pleas at that time.
