Convicted Sex Offender Sought In Indecent-Exposure Reports

LOS ANGELES (CBSLS.com)  —  LAPD detectives are on the hunt for a 62-year-old convicted sex offender in a series of indecent exposure incidents around the Southland.

Officials say Randall Lee Wickham parked his black Mazda MPV minivan at a park in the 3400 block of Riverside Drive on March 4 around 3 p.m. and began lewd acts with the driver's side door open.

Police said a woman picking up her 3-year-old child from preschool was a witness to the act.

Authorities said at least two more incidents were reported since March 4 occurring in the Van Nuys and Northeast areas.

On March 6 around 2 p.m. in the 13300 block of Moorpark Street in Van Nuys, Wickham was once again seen in a lewd act in his vehicle with the driver's side door open.

A similar incident occurred March 9 around 6:30 p.m. in the 33500 block of San Fernando Road, authorities said.

Wickham is a parolee at large. He has a felony warrant issued for lewd conduct with bail set at $500,000.

He has also been seen in other cities within Los Angeles County, specifically in Long Beach and Lakewood.

Wickham's Mazda has a license plate number 3NNH392.
