L.A. Fashion District, Downtown
If you're a fashionista on a tight budget, you need to head downtown. While most of the L.A. Fashion District is for wholesalers, there are still plenty of retail shops. And, best of all, it's still a bargain-hunter's paradise. The stores won't be brand names, but the clothing will be. Some of the usually wholesale-only stores open to the public on Saturdays, so that's the best, but busiest, day to shop.
