It's a matter of survival for keeping that first car you bought, on the road. Every student in the Midwest or East knows how to jump a junker car. Trouble is, I'm not sure these cars started out as junkers. Both are now, though, I imagine.
By the way, I'm a car guy, yet I can't identify either of these vehicles. The red one appears to be a mid/late '80s American (Chrysler?). What's left of the now-grey one seems to be sporting recent generation Corvette wheels: but that ain't no Vette. Any guesses, weigh in at the bottom of the page.
