40 Horses Rescued From Rising Floodwater In Norco

NORCO (CBS) — More than 40 horses were rescued from rising floodwater in Norco early Tuesday morning.

The Norco Animal Rescue Team and the Riverside County Fire Department responded to the Riverstrails Stables in Norco around 2:30 a.m.

The horses were led through rising water that was, at times, more than four feet high.

No other details were immediately available.
