3.1-Magnitude Quake Strikes Near Cabazon
CABAZON (CBSLA.com) — A 3.1-magnitude earthquake struck near Cabazon Thursday evening.
The temblor, which had a depth of 11.7 miles, struck at 9:49 p.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The epicenter was 3 miles east of Cabazon, 8 miles east of Banning and 12 miles west-northwest of Palm Springs.
There were no reports of damages or injuries.
