2 Hurt -- Including Officer -- In Irvine Crash That Left 1 Trapped Inside Toyota Prius
IRVINE (CBSLA) — An Irvine police officer and at least one other person were hurt in a car crash in Irvine.
The crash happened late Saturday night at Yale Avenue and Irvine Center Drive, trapping the driver in a Toyota Prius, who had to be freed by firefighters.
The officer was treated on scene before taken to a hospital. It remains unclear how serious their injuries are.
