Stockton is preparing to welcome a powerful tribute honoring the men and women who served during the Vietnam War. “The Moving Wall,” the half-size replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., is now set up at Weber Point Event Center ahead of today’s opening ceremonies.
