Traditionally, "High Tea" is an evening meal consisting of a cooked dish, bread and butter, and tea. We've elevated such an experience to explore the flavors of different cultures through this unique tea pairing ceremony. Menus are curated by professional tea sommelier, Leo Hickman, and a variety of local artisanal chefs.
