This is a must-have for the cold season!

A local woman --and furloughed state worker-- found a way to make money on fur-lows.

Last year Kim made herself this hooded scarf to stay warm.

Next thing she knew she was making them for friends and family.

So she decided to turn it into a business...to compensate her income.

So the name Fur-Low seemed just perfect!
