Teriyaki Frosted Wings
3 lb. bag of frozen drumettes/wings, defrosted
For Sauce:
1/2 pouch of The Frosting Queens Crowned Caramel Buttercream Frosting
1 1/4 cups soy sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 Tbsp fresh garlic, minced
Optional: 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a big bowl and add chicken. Stir to coat. Pour into a 13x9 inch pan and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Using tongs, turn chicken over. Bake an additional 45 minutes. Remove from pan with tongs to a serving platter. Serve warm.
Crowned Caramel Apple Dip
1- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 pouch of The Frosting Queens Crowned Caramel Buttercream Frosting
Dippers: Apple Slices, Pretzel Sticks
Optional: lemon juice, chopped nuts or heath bar bits
Stir cream cheese and frosting together. Spoon in serving bowl. Chill until ready to serve. Sprinkle with chopped nuts or heath bar bits. Serve with apple wedges and pretzel sticks.

In partnership with the Red Cross and the Restaurant Thir13en/Sterling Hotel, the community has come together to help support the victims of Typhoon Haiyan -one of the most powerful storms in history to touch down and ravage the Philippines. This devastation is further compounded by a magnitude 7.1 earthquake that killed 222 people just 3 weeks prior.
Hosted by our very own Tina Macuha, #ProjectRecovery brings together an evening of food, wine and beer, live performances and entertainment (talented illusionist and magician, Danedini; Filipina actress and singer, Jennie Kwan; DJ Wreck of 3 Style Attractions; Sacramento's own Hawaiian/Jawaiian group, Kua'aino; the acoustic sounds of Sacramento's Rodge Mamauag and Sene) all to raise funds for the continued relief efforts by the American Red Cross for Typhoon Haiyan.
