Polar Vortex Patch

The United States has been pummeled this winter by the polar vortex. But that hasn't stopped a large number Girl Scouts and parents in Indiana who, despite the wicked weather, diligently sold their cookies.

WISH TV in Indianapolis is reporting that Girls Scouts across central Indiana will receive a special Polar Vortex patch.
