Ok gang! Just finished my workout and I love the fact that I did so well this week! Thanks so much for everyone who encouraged me this week. Did great on my eating and working out. When I was not with Laticia, I did the 20/20/10 at 24 hour fitness. My eating consists of 5 meals a day with lean protein and vegetables. So this week, I did GREAT! That makes about a week and a half that I have been doing good, but for the first time I feel a little more confident that I can really do this deal!!! April 30th will be the final day so make sure you log on and comment on anything you would like....even if you feel like I am not doing well. Real quickly, lets all pray for our friends and family over in Japan. What a horrible tragedy and we don't know why these happen but lets not make prayer a last resort but a first one!!! Hello everyone it's Action Jackson.... I have to tell you I am so proud of Mark!!! He got off track for a minute but he is back and very focused. Today was the last day of the weeks training and he really pushed himself... I think as he starts to believe he can reach his goals he becomes more excited about where he can go on this fitness journey.. Today we did an upper and lower body workout, he pushed himself and did everything I asked.. We have fun but I am not easy on him... I know he has unlimited potential and I will continue to push him.... Remember we are all on this journey called life.. Let's continue to support him on this adventure...
