Northern CA's Most Exclusive and Oldest Mexican Pageant – THIS MORNING WE WILL MEET THE CONTESTANTS! Contestants compete for $4,000 cash prize and the title of La Reyna the Queen. You can do it! This annual pageant names a "Reina de las Fiestas Patrias" (Queen of the Civic Festival).
