INTRODUCING, MY NEW BACK!
First, thank you to each and everyone of you who reached out on GOODDAYSACRAMENTO.COM, FaceBook, Twitter, Blogs, and....craigslist to wish me well. I've never felt such virtual support and I owe each of you in big ways. I'm going to let my new back rest now (essentially its my old back with a couple vertebrae attached by screws and something that appears to be matching PowerBalance bands. (see photo).
I'll be back on air as soon as the meds wear off and in the mean time I wanted to share my new life goal: To never put myself in a situation that would create (whether temporary or perminant) the need and use of a urethral catheter. The uninstall is remarkably as unpleasant as the install. A sensation I'll live to live without from now on...no offense intended Nurse Debby. Forget about that. Check out the new PowerBalance 2.0 spine! BTW, you ever need back fusion...Dr. Taggart is who I go to for all of my anterior cervical diseconomy and fusion needs!
